My Green Smoothie

My go-to green smoothie that is full of nutrients to help keep the body stress free. This also contains lots of ingredients that help support skin health. Perfect as a mid-morning or afternoon snack.


  • 1 banana
  • handful of spinach
  • handful of blueberries
  • 1 brazil nut
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 cup of plant based milk


  1. Pop all ingredients in to a blender.
  2. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and drink.
