What I offer

Health Analysis (45mins)

An analysis of your current health and lifestyle will be carried out. I will make recommendations to enhance your health and wellbeing through nutrition advice and lifestyle tips. 1 follow up email will be included to ensure you keep on track.

Tailored Health & Nutrition Plan (1.5hrs)

An analysis and evaluation of your current health and lifestyle plus a 3 day food diary will be carried out before your appointment. Together we will establish areas of focus for you and then I will create a tailored plan which will include action steps, meal ideas, food and lifestyle recommendations and health advice. Regular support will be given, to help you reach your health goals. 2 follow up emails will be included to help guide you and keep you focused.

1:1 Coaching and Tailored Health & Nutrition Plan (6 weeks minimum)

An analysis and evaluation of your current health and lifestyle plus a 3 day food diary will be carried out before your appointment. Together we will establish areas of focus for you and then I will create a tailored plan which will include action steps, meal ideas, food and lifestyle recommendations and health advice. Regular support will be given, to help you reach your health goals. Weekly check-ins plus a follow up consultation after 6 weeks will be included.
