  • Supplement guide (if needed)
  • Regular contact via email or messages
  • Bi-weekly check-in coaching calls/emails over the 4 weeks to keep you accountable and on track

This programme is to support and enable individuals to reach their health goals by enhancing overall health and wellbeing, and to create daily healthy habits that last.

We will create areas of focus together, using action steps to make the plan manageable and easy to follow. The plan aims to support and nourish the whole body and mind, to help to create balance within.
