Ayurveda is a natural system of herbal medicine that has been practised in India for over 2,000 years.

Ayurveda is a truly holistic system of medicine because it focuses on an individual’s unique constitution. Any imbalance to someone’s constitution brings illness and can unsettle the mind. Ayurveda aims at resolving this constitutional imbalance through herbs, diet and lifestyle to bring about health of body and mind. The strength of Ayurveda lies not only in resolving health issues, but as a system of preventative medicine through an understanding of one’s unique constitution.

In this workshop you will not only learn about this wonderful system of medicine but will know your unique constitution and and how the foods you eat and the lifestyle you have can affect your health.

The aim is for you to leave with a programme of diet and lifestyle just for you, that if followed, will help resolve health issues, bring more energy, have you looking and feeling younger, bring permanent natural weight loss and health and happiness.
