Work with me in the comfort of your own home. Let me bring a healthy eating workshop to your kitchen. I can work with you 1-2-1 to help you create plant based healthy recipes. Learn how to make a variety of recipes from sweet treats and savoury snacks to lunches and main meals. I can tailor a workshop just for your requirements. The 1-2-1 can last from 1 hour to half a day depending on what you would like.

Recipe sheets and shopping lists will be provided.

Let me help you clear out your kitchen cupboards and fridge of any unhealthy foods, making it easier to eat healthy. Allowing you to plan easy healthy meals and helping you to reduce your food waste. I will show you ingredients to watch out for and how to make your meals healthier. We can plan your meals together with my meal planners.
