Sundried Tomato Hummus

Who knew you could make a tomato hummus! Simple yet flavoursome. A perfect dip or side to a main dish.


  • 1 can chickpeas
  • Juice half a lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4-6 sundried tomatoes (from a jar)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and peper to taste


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Serve and drizzle with more olive oil and some coriander or parsley.
  3. Enjoy with some oatcakes or on some sourdough toast, yum!
