8-10 medjool dates
• 1/2 cup of almonds
• 1/2 cup of walnuts/pecans
• 1/2 tsp ginger
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tbsp lemon or orange zest (optional)
• Handful of dried cranberries
- Blend the nuts together.
- Add in the spices and blend again.
- Blend the dates one by one and then add the cranberries.
- Finally roll in to balls and store in fridge for a week.
